This is a good motivational book drawn from the author's wide researching. T.C Wanyanwu has not reinvented the wheel but takes most of his answers from well known sources. He addresses questions from a pyscological perspective and, at the same time, brings in a religious appeal. It would have been more practical if the author infused his remedies with real life people. His suggestions and answers are ideal but as a reader I also want to learn in detail either from the author's experience or someone else I can relate to. Needless to say, whoever you are, you will find something to draw out from this inspirational book.
